Hi, I’m Aimee!
I’m an ADHD coach for girls and women, a former secondary school teacher of over 10 years, and an AuDHD woman.
For so many years I believed life felt harder for me because I just wasn’t trying hard enough. Discovering I was autistic and ADHD gave me the understanding and self-compassion I’d been missing, and helped me see how many girls and women are quietly struggling in the same way.
Today, I combine my professional experience as a teacher, certified ADHD coach, and my lived experience as an AuDHDer to help ADHD girls and women understand their brains, reduce shame, and build strategies that genuinely work for them.
