What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is a specialised form of coaching designed for people with ADHD or executive functioning challenges. It blends traditional coaching tools with ADHD-specific strategies to help you manage difficulties and make progress towards your goals.
What is an ADHD coach?
An ADHD coach has additional training and experience in supporting people with ADHD. That means understanding things like overwhelm, procrastination, attention challenges, and impulsivity.
While any coach can offer guidance, an ADHD coach understands how your brain works and can help you develop practical ways to work with it instead of against it.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. Some clients have an official ADHD diagnosis, but many simply recognise themselves in ADHD traits and challenges. Coaching through an ADHD lens can benefit anyone experiencing issues with executive function challenges such as attention, organisation, motivation, or follow-through.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing. Coaching, by contrast, is focused on the present and future. Together, we’ll work on clear, practical strategies to help you create a calmer, more sustainable day-to-day life.
What’s the first step?
You can book a free 30-minute intro call. This is your chance to ask questions, share what you’d like to work on, and see if coaching with Aimee is the right fit for you.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once you’ve booked your coaching package, you’ll receive an invoice by email. Payment is due in advance of your first session, and ongoing sessions will be processed on an agreed date(s) if you choose to pay in instalments.
If your employer will be sponsoring your coaching, please mention this during your intro call so we can arrange the right invoicing process.
Your teen at the centre: Coaching focuses on their goals, strengths, and challenges. I never tell her what to do.
A supportive partnership: Parents stay in the loop through short, strengths-based updates.
Safe and confidential: Sessions are private, unless there are concerns about safety.
Realistic progress: We celebrate small, meaningful steps that build confidence and independence.

Do you offer in-person coaching?
Currently, all coaching sessions are delivered online to make support accessible wherever you are. If you’d like to discuss in-person coaching in Dubai, please get in touch – this may be possible subject to availability.
How long does coaching last?
Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some clients work together for 1-3 months to build specific skills and habits, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. During your intro call, we’ll talk about your goals and find an approach that suits you. Some clients initially start with a smaller package of sessions, and later book a longer package to continue support as they see fit.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If something unexpected comes up, please let me know as soon as you can. Full details regarding cancellations and rescheduling will be available to review in our client agreement before sessions commence.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is respected at all times. All coaching sessions are confidential, except in very rare circumstances where there is a moral/legal duty to share information (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). This is why I will ask for the name and contact details of your chosen person to contact should the need arise.
Will you give me a diagnosis or prescribe medication?
No. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care. I do not diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication. If you think you may have ADHD and want to explore a formal assessment, I’m happy to signpost you to qualified professionals.
How do I prepare for my first session?
I'll let you know in advance if there is anything you need to prepare, such as completing a quiz like reflection or other activity. I advise clients to join their coaching sessions from a comfortable and private space, free of distractions (where possible!), if you have headphones to use please do (this reduces interference from overlapping sounds with some WiFi connections). You don’t need to prepare anything else, just come as you are.
Can parents book coaching for their teens?
Yes. If you’re enquiring on behalf of your teenager, we’ll set up an initial call with you and your teen (together or separate) to make sure everyone feels comfortable and clear about the coaching process. However, it's important your teen wants to engage in coaching for it to be effective.
What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
That’s completely fine. The free introductory call is designed to help you decide. There’s no pressure or obligation to commit if it doesn’t feel like the right fit. Likewise, if you decide during a package that coaching isn't working, or you're unable to continue, we can discuss this and your remaining package can be refunded (full details in client agreement).
